MSP/ Max 9 Bass Synth

This project was for my electronic composition class. I made a bass synth with in the Max 9 application.

I made a bass synth that was focused on making it easy to use and understand. I was focused on someone who doesn’t use electronic instruments often and making it visually accessible. One can control the frequency, attack, decay for each separate pad and I also added control over a general EQ. This allows anyone to make custom hits of kicks and introduces them to frequency and gain. It also introduces how each function is used to build to our understanding of sound.
